Fitout Pipeline is operated by Giles Taarland. You can reach me about anything on this page at giles@fitoutpipeline.com.
If you use the enquiry form, I receive what you type into it: your name, company, state, the kind of work you want more of, your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it. That is the only personal information this site collects. There are no analytics trackers, no advertising pixels and no cookies set by this site.
Form submissions are delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, a form relay service, which processes the submission solely to deliver it to me. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy. The site itself is served by Cloudflare, which handles standard technical server logs.
I use what you send to reply to your enquiry, which usually means researching and sending you the three groups you asked for. I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not send follow ups unless you ask for one, and I do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
Enquiries stay in my email for as long as they are useful to our conversation. If you would like yours deleted, email me and I will delete it and confirm.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email giles@fitoutpipeline.com and I will come back to you within a few working days. If you are not satisfied with my response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
